Cheddar cheese is a firm-ripened cheese, produced from fresh, high-quality pasteurized cow’s milk ingredients. Canadian produced cheddar is a versatile product whose flavour intensifies with age; ripened to varying degrees, developing mild, medium, old, and extra old flavour profiles. Cheddar cheese has excellent melting properties and enhances the texture and mouthfeel of various food products. Its smooth, firm, closely knit, unifrom structure allows it to be diced, sliced, or shredded.

Mozzarella cheese is produced from fresh, high-quality, pasteurized cows milk, in a bacterial ripening process. High-quality standards and craftmanship result in a semi-firm white cheese with a mild and delicate flavour, stretchy texture, and superior melting properties. Our mozzarella is offered as Pasta Filata (15-22% M.F.) and pressed blocks versions.

We manufacture premium Cheddar Cheese Powder, ideal for popcorn toppings, dry seasoning mixes, dry & wet sauces, soups, quiches & pizzas, cookies, scones, etc.

Italian-style Grated Cheeses are available in Parmesan and Romano versions, both hard and aged varieties. Both cheeses are known for their characteristic granular texture, sharp, robust, and at times, salty flavour. While our parmesan cheese is prized for its umami-rich taste, our Romano is more known for its pungent flavour. Each are applied in contributing to the texture and enhancing the flavour profile in various food products.

Asiago cheese, an Italian-style cow’s milk cheese, comes in a fresh version with a smooth, mild, complex, nutty flavour with a creamy profile.

Labneh is a Middle East oriented spread, made with milk, cream, and yogourt cultures. Lactalis Canada produces a Turkish-style Labneh with a clean ingredient declaration. As an ingredient, Labneh provides clean dairy notes and a mildly acidic flavour. Although it is mostly used for dips and sauces, Labneh can serve as an alternative to cream cheese in various dessert productions.
