Milk and Cream
Milk is a significant ingredient in many food products. It can be used as an ingredient in food manufacturing as skim, or in various M.F concentration: 2%, 3.25% or 3.8% coming in 20L, totes or bulk. Freshly separated from whole milk, Cream is the concentrated form of milk fat in liquid format. As an ingredient, cream is typically used at a M.F concentration: 10%, 18%, 35%, 36% or 40% coming in various formats, 10L, 20L, totes or bulk. Cream delivers a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel, texture and appearance accompanied with a superior, premium quality taste profile to food products.

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Sweetened Condensed Milk is manufactured from fresh whole or skim milk solids and sugar concentrated to 70 to 75% solids. The processing of milk solids and sugar delivers a rich, sweet, slightly caramelized flavour profile that is highly beneficial in confectionary products such as caramel and chocolate crumb. Bakery fillings, custards and many ethnic desserts rely on the unique flavour profile of sweetened condensed milk. The presence of sugar provides shelf stability benefits.

Evaporated Skim Milk

Evaporated Skim Milk is concentrated skim milk from 25-32% solids. Supplied in drums, totes, or tankers, eliminating the reconstitution of powder and offering hydrated protein for optimal performance.
