Functional blend of dairy ingredients designed as a milk replacer for baking.  This product imparts a clean dairy note to bakery formulations; while promoting desirable textures, volumes, structures, and crumb strength.  Functional and economic over skim milk and/or buttermilk powder as a bakery milk replacer.

Also available in a spray dried blend of dairy ingredients formulated and processed to replace skim milk powder, fully or partially in a select variety of food applications.  It is readily dispersible, functional dairy ingredient that is a cost effective alternative to skim milk solids.  Flavour enhancer characteristic in food systems especially where fruit, cereal and chocolate flavours are used.
